IDACO history

Our company was established at the beginning of 1991 in Warsaw when Eytan Dahan, the IDACO founder, came from Israel to Poland. Together with his automotive passion and experience gained in numerous world markets, Eytan brought his greatest dream: a plan to set up a manufacture company which would satisfy requirements of the international market of frictional materials for motorization.

This way IDACO was established. Foreign capital, innovative technology as well as modern management methods constitute the basis of our activities. Together we have supplemented them with 5 VALUES to which we have been adhering in our efforts as well as in our relations with employees and partners. These are as follows:

• Development – we have our mission and obligations which require constant work on the product, processes and organisation as well as openness to change.
• Responsibility – we are fully aware what we do and for whom, hence we feel obliged to be inquisitive and draw conclusions from our mistakes.
